چکیده
Objective To explore whether type III prostatitis is related to bacterial infection by detecting the composition and function of microorganisms in expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) patients with chronic (CP) healthy people. Methods According inclusion exclusion criteria, 57 subjects were included our study, divided into group, II group. 16s rRNA sequencing technique was used detect analyze microbial EPS each Additionally, metagenomics further different bacteria Data analysis performed bioinformatics software, results statistically significant when P<0.05. Results Many exist both CP populations. However, relative abundance Pseudomonas , Haemophilus Sneathia Allobaculum Enterococcus (including III) significantly different. Still, much higher than III. The for group showed that had certain biological functions. Conclusion Based on previous studies, we suggest may also be caused infection.

Cryptic bacterial infection in chronic prostatitis: diagnostic and therapeutic implications.
Chronic idiopathic prostatitis, sometimes called prostatodynia or abacterial prostatitis, is a commonly diagnosed and poorly treated urological syndrome. Clinically, this condition frustrates the patient and physician due to its chronicity and resistance to therapy. Recent studies suggest that the etiology of chronic idiopathic prostatitis may be of bacterial origin. Three types of provocative ...

PATHOGENESIS — Entry of microorganisms into the prostate gland almost always occurs via the urethra. In most cases, bacteria migrate from the urethra or bladder through the prostatic ducts, with intraprostatic reflux of urine (figure 1). As a result, there may be concomitant infection in the bladder or epididymis. Uropathogenic bacterial isolates that cause prostatitis may have a higher accumul...
متن کاملVitamin D Deficiency is Associated with the Metabolic Syndrome in Subjects with Type 2 Diabetes
Background and Objectives: There is convincing evidence that subjects concomitantly affected by type 2 diabetes (T2D) and metabolic syndrome (MeS) are at greater risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD). Many metabolic derangements in T2D might be attributed to poor vitamin D status. The purpose of this study was to investigate the associations among vitamin D status, MeS and glycemic status in su...
متن کاملTreatment of bacterial prostatitis.
Prostatitis is characterized by voiding symptoms and genitourinary pain and is sometimes associated with sexual dysfunction. Up to 25% of men receive a diagnosis of prostatitis in their lifetime, but <10% have a proven bacterial infection. The causes and treatment of nonbacterial prostatitis are largely unknown, but bacterial prostatitis is caused by infection with uropathogens, especially gram...
